At Ftelos Brewery near Fira, you’ll cook a four-course Cycladic meal with an English-speaking chef, then eat it with a brewery-made beer. The menu includes Santorini salad, cod croquettes, split-pea dip, and pork fillet. Classes are limited to 10 and move indoors or under old grapevines.

Meet Alex and Ale at San Juan Market for a private walk through exotic meats, chilies, spices, and mole mixes. Then head to their home to prepare three or four Mexican dishes, with a flexible menu, drinks, and a shared meal. Vegetarian options are available by request.

Spend about three hours in Alex and Ale’s Mexico City apartment, preparing three or four Mexican dishes such as picadillo tostadas, enmoladas, flautas, salsa, and sweet corn cake. This private English-language class includes drinks, dinner, taxes, and gratuities.
